International Shipping Policy

We offer worldwide shipping. All international orders shipped by FedEx Priority express and DHL Express service.

Shipping costs and delivery times

All international orders are shipped for a flat rate of $20.

Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing and verification. Please note that delivery times for international shipping will vary depending on the country the item is being shipped to. All orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday Bangkok time will be processed the following week. 

We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the tracking number. Please note that tracking information will only be provided upon shipment to your destination.

Please note: you may incur customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase, and these fees are not charged or calculated by Vr Treasure. Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs, tariffs, excises and other governmental fees associated with their merchandise.

*Vr Treasure has no involvement in foreign customs policies and has no ability to predict possible customs fees for merchandise sent outside Thailand. We are not responsible for packages held at customs or at any other point by the destination country.
